In O'Reilly's book <u>Mind Performance Hacks</u>, the author covers a system for memorizing information called the Dominic System. This system maps 10 numbers to 10 letters. That makes each two-digit number into a two-letter combination. By associating memorable people, actions, and places with those two letter combinations, you can turn numbers into people, places, actions, and things, and use those to create absurd fantastic stories that help you remember the numbers.
