Cantera Multiphase Zero-D

Cantera is capable of performing multiphase chemistry for zero-dimensional reactors. This is done by installing a wall in the reactor, and adding a reactive surface phase to the wall.

  • Create a reactor
  • Install a gas phase object in the reactor
• Wall
  • Create environment
  • Create a wall
  • Install the wall in the reactor
• Surface
  • Create a surface object
  • Add the surface object to the wall
  • Specify on which side of the reactor/wall the gas goes
