Cloud SQL provides a serverless, no-ops way to run MySQL databases in the cloud.

Limitations: Cloud SQL is for smaller relational databases - up to 32 nodes in an SQL cluster, and up to 200 GB of data.
Can use MySQL (standard) or Postgresql (beta).
