Metasploit Framework (MSF):

msf has many built-in scripts for finding and exploiting known vulnerabilities.

MSF Venom:

msfvenom is used to craft payloads.

Meterpreter:

meterpreter is the shell you'll get when you use MSF to craft a remote shell payload.
